National Guard...

tommy just signed his life away! okay, okay well maybe not his WHOLE life... but it sure feels that way to me! today i went up to draper to the utah national guard building where tommy and our good friend brad pledge into the guard and signed the next few years of their life away. i dont know how i feel about it... but tommy leaves on may 11th for basic training. i guess the good news is, is that he doesn't leave until AFTER mcrae gets here...

Nice Try :)

My sweet husband tries to make me feel better by saying he looks pregnant too. Then, he uses all the energy he has to push his belly out as far as it will go. I then explain to him that it takes no effort at all for me to look like this and I don't have to push out at all... Nice try though sweetheart :)

10 weeks and counting!

So just for the record, I am 30 weeks pregnant and counting! It is getting to the point that I am uncomfortably large. I have officially passed the "aww cute!" stage and have made my way to the "oh, when are you due?" stage. No one ever tells you that pregnancy isn't all its cracked up to be... Let me just let everyone know that it's NOT! I have come the realization that I feel sorry for overweight people. It is so hard to do simple things such as bending over to tie my shoes and get on and off the couch. Those little things I use to take for granted, now often require some extra help from Jace. It is quite frustrating. AND... I am just going to continue to get bigger and bigger. Luckily, only 2 more months! but, I have a feeling it's going to be a loooooooong two months.

Not Too Shabby

Jace came home from Reno saturday night! It was so GREAT to have him back! His team came in 3rd place out of ten teams. He was a bit disapointed considering this was his last year going and last year, his team took first. None the less, he had a great time and brought home a lot of good memories.
